For every client and project, we step through a simple process to identify what's come before along with all critical influences today.  

DISCOVERY - in an initial meeting, we probe to uncover the marketing that's brought us to today. What worked, what didn't, the scope of the client's current situation, the marketplace, the competition, and other pertinent information.

PROPOSAL - with the discovery content to work from, we develop a preliminary proposal that includes ballpark pricing. Works begins with a signed estimate. 

CREATIVE BRIEF - once the preliminary proposal is approved, we develop a Creative Brief which guides the project. Scope includes a situation analysis, brand story, competitive influences, key benefits, big message, audience(s), barriers, strategic insights and execution. 

     Depending on size and scope, some projects allow for applying a variety of creative techniques to better resonate with your audience(s), like testing/versioning by audience, offer, format, personalization, name, photo, URLs, and message. 

PRESENTATION - sometimes the budget dictates the number of creative options we present. But we always provide one round of changes and minor tweaks.

CHECKPOINTS - we build in critical checkpoints to ensure our efforts are moving forward efficiently.
